A master metrology 'mm 01' Column Type Air Gauges is micro controller based electronic gauging instrument. This instrument is used for measurement of linear dimension and circular dimension in the form of I. D., O. D., flatness, runout, ovality.
It is a dual channel instrument. This instrument uses LVDT for measurement. We can connect single as well as two LVDT at the rear panel to channel a and channel b five pin female socket. By connecting single LVDT to any one channel it works in singular mode and by connecting two LVDT to each channel it can work in differential mode.
The dimension which we are going to measure is displayed on 6 digits 0. 4” seven segment display as well as on 100 bar led's. The single tri-color led at the top of the column indicates accept, reject and rework condition of the measurement according to the set upper and lower tolerance limit. Least count : 0. 1 micron, 0. 5 micron & 0. 5 micron.
Also, we can see the readings in the bar graph format. Bar graph varies as per the range of measurement selected. This instrument can be used in static as well as dynamic mode. In static mode, it shows instantaneous reading and in dynamic mode, it shows maximum, minimum, average, and TIR as per our selection.
We can use this instrument for direct contact type measurement and by connecting it to the pneumatic converter for I. D., O. D. And with pneumatic fixtures. The instrument has a RS 232 communication facility with the help of which one can communicate with pc and other remote devices.

Our clients can avail from us a qualitative array of Air Snap Gauge. This range is used for measuring outer diameters of rigidly held jobs, cylindrical grinding, and crankshaft grinding. These comprise hardened rectangular steel body with a close tolerance ground and lapped gap. It also possesses Rest Pads that is made from tungsten carbide to ensure longevity and repeatability. We also offer our clients with Two Jet Air Snaps that are used to measure size, taper and ovality. Moreover, these are available in the range of 25mm to 100mm, wherein the special jetted air snap checks the 'crowning effect' on crankshaft diameter.
We offer our clients with a qualitative range of Air Plug Gauge with Setting Rings. These air plug gauges are used for rapid measurement of Internal Bore (ID) in close tolerance. Our range also includes Two Jet Air Plugs that can measure size, taper and ovality. We also offer our clients with Three Jet Air Plug for Lobe diameter measurement i.e. typically for centreless ground components and Four Jet Air Plug for average diameter measurement. Moreover, these are available in the range of 5mm to 200mm.
Air Plug Gauge handles are used as an extension to the air plug so that the inspector can hold the air plug in the hand and insert it in the bore as per his convenience.
The Air Ring Gauges with Setting Plugs that we offer are manufactured using AISI 01 ''W grade hardened and stabilized steel/ tungsten carbide material. We also provide Special Air Ring for multiple diameters as per the clients’ requirements. These are used for quick measurement of external diameter and consist of hardened steel body with a precisely ground and lapped inner diameter to maintain clearance with the work piece. We also manufactured carbide tipped Air Ring Gauges on request of our clients. Our range is also offered in Two-Jet Rings that can measure size, taper and ovality and Three Jet Air Rings to measure average diameter and lobbing effect. Moreover, these are available in the range of 10mm to 100mm with a through or shoulder shaft design.
Air Plug Gauges do not have enough space to accomodate 2 or 3 jets with dia.2mm. In such conditions solid jets of @1mm dia can be provided.
